We also handle the full build and operation of each site's website, end to end. Welfare management is not something to run on one person's experience and intuition. From finance, HR, labor, and compliance to on-site service operations, everything is standardized end to end. By removing dependence on individuals, even inexperienced staff can instantly reproduce Ritz-Carlton-standard quality through built-in discipline. By centralizing headquarters back-office functions, we sharply reduce the SG&A ratio and replicate an operating margin that outperforms the industry average — at identical quality across every site.
This platform was built by the founder, self-taught, from the ground up and entirely from the field's point of view. Welfare professionals are experts at facing people; many are not strong with paperwork or computers. That is only natural. Precisely for that reason, we do not want them chased by paperwork into overtime. In the time freed from paperwork, we want them to face children, people with disabilities, and the elderly with a gentle heart intact. With that single wish, we take on back-office work across the board.
That said, filings to the authorities, contracts, important-matter explanation documents, operating regulations, various plans, and billing work are deliberately left with the field. Without understanding the field, one cannot explain things to guardians and families in one's own words.
