ON HQ is a business headquarters that establishes the welfare needed at every stage of life — from children to the elderly — as a single infrastructure. Setting itself apart from conventional headquarters, we craft one-of-a-kind branding that stays close to each owner's life, and build welfare infrastructure that communities truly need. We launch multiple headquarters at once and expand nationwide through a membership model.

Area Domination & Unit Economics
A multi-layer dominant strategy that integrates child welfare, disability welfare, and elderly welfare into a single domain. By capturing the needs of all generations within the same market area, we hold down costs while maximizing the long-term revenue of each site.
At the root of this design philosophy is the founder's hands-on experience. From age 20, for ten years, he worked across every kind of welfare and medical facility — geriatric health facilities, special nursing homes, group homes, and hospitals — and founded his first company at 30.
On that conviction — no matter how many times he stumbled, failed, or was ridiculed — he has led the business around the axes of "challenging the conventional" and "decision, resolve, execution."

It is a posture of facing one's own conscience and the lives of others with sincerity. And above all, what matters most is ceaseless learning and education. We cannot change things alone. Together with other welfare providers and partners — as a collective of small dreams — we make the impossible possible.
Track Record
Figures are cumulative across the sites our group has been involved with, including member stores as well as start-up support, operational support, and management advisory, and partners with whom we collaborate by providing headquarters functions. As some engagements are non-disclosed under confidentiality agreements, the published figures represent only part of the actual total.
