ONGROUP, Inc. launched the beta version of "ON M&A," an M&A and business-succession platform dedicated to care, disability-welfare, and child-welfare providers, on September 24, 2026. From listing and browsing deals, to concluding non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), to AI-assisted review, all the key functions needed to transfer or succeed a business are available entirely free of charge.
After-school day services, child development support, employment support, group homes for people with disabilities, day services, and home-visit care — these providers are welfare infrastructure essential to local communities. Yet today, with the aging of operators and the difficulty of securing talent, many providers face the challenge of having no successor. When one provider closes, what is lost is not a business. It is the daily life of its users and their families, the livelihoods of its staff, and a safety net for the community.
The conventional M&A market is structured on the premise of high brokerage fees, making succession a distant option for small and mid-sized local welfare providers. By making everything from listing to closing completely free, ON M&A opens the option to "pass it on" to every welfare provider, regardless of scale. We reframe M&A not as a mere buying and selling of businesses, but as an act of succession that circulates the ON built by our predecessors to the next bearer.
On this platform, we have built mechanisms where operators considering a transfer, and the companies or individuals who wish to take over local welfare infrastructure, can meet with peace of mind: anonymous listing with the company name withheld, disclosure of the real name after an NDA is concluded, AI-assisted organization and anonymization of deal information, and the presentation of points to consider.
This initiative does not stop at welfare M&A. Starting from business succession, we will expand the vision into a nationwide network of "all-generation welfare," encompassing everyone from children to the elderly. ON GROUP takes on the challenge of shifting from an economy that takes through competition, to a society that leaves things on through sharing.

ONGROUP, Inc. concluded a sponsorship agreement, effective July 1, 2026, with "DYM MESSENGERS," the professional dance team operated by DYM, Inc., in order to develop an "All-Generation Welfare Division" that fuses the value of sports and entertainment with welfare.
As equal joint-venture partners, the two companies will expand places to belong for children, people with disabilities, and their families across the nation, while at the same time creating sustainable second careers for professional talent such as athletes, dancers, instructors, and trainers. As the first step, we will begin the nationwide rollout of dance-focused after-school day services supervised by "DYM MESSENGERS."
After-school day services — which children who need developmental support attend after school and on holidays — are welfare infrastructure essential to local communities. Meanwhile, the world of sports and entertainment faces the challenge of not having sufficient mechanisms to return its people's high expertise to society as a second career after retirement. This business aims to solve these two social challenges at once, through a single robust structure.
The sequence at the heart of dance — to watch, to imitate, to control the body, to express oneself, and to acknowledge one another — has a high affinity with the core processes of developmental support (therapy). Professional performers become the children's "teachers," and through physical expression that does not rely on words alone, children accumulate the success experience of "I watched, I imitated, I did it," nurturing self-affirmation.
In this business, DYM, Inc. handles the dispatch of dancers, alliance building, development of member owners, and marketing and PR; ONGROUP, Inc. handles membership screening and contract work, administrative support for opening sites, recruitment, education and hands-on support for specialist talent, and operational management support for sites after opening, as well as the operation of headquarters functions.
This sponsorship agreement does not stop at dance-focused child welfare. Going forward, we will advance fusion with diverse sports fields, and expand the vision into "all-generation welfare" that encompasses everyone from children to the elderly — through child development support, disability welfare, and on to elderly care. ON GROUP and DYM take on the challenge of crossing the existing boundaries between welfare and sports to create new social infrastructure to leave to the next generation.
